Research Fees for Genealogy:

Package Prices Available

Hourly-Rate Services

Base rate of $20 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum

• Traditional genealogical research and problem-solving
  (Part of the research time includes Preliminary Research, Plan Development, and the Final Report)
• Cemetery or location photography - (see the photo information page)
• Word processing/data entry
• Web site creation - (see the website page)
• Fact checking and/or proofreading
• Records that need to be ordered, will be paid for by client - (I will verify all orders first with you).
• Final Ancestor Charts, Descendant Charts, Genealogy Reports, Tree Charts available in printable form
• Research time includes travel, telephone and e-mail consultations with client.
• Digital Files can be sent to you for printing
• I can print the book and bind it for you for an addtional fee

Package Prices

• 10 hours = $200
• 20 hours = $375
• 50 hours+ = $750+ or $15 per hour

To avoid being charged for duplicate work, please provide whatever information you already have compiled on the person and family to be researched. This should include known location of birth, marriage, death, and other significant life events. If you know of occupations, residence information, or names of their siblings, that is all helpful.
